With the use of Enzyme supplementation in poultry feed we can improve the nutritional value of the feed or cereals which contains high level of soluble NSP (non-starch polysaccharides). In modern poultry farming an environment of high cost corn, many farmers or producers are choosing to substitute corn with other crops. The externally added crops with the corn has a low level of nutritional value such as (Wheat, barley, sorghum etc.). These cereals are rich in NSP and has a negative correlation between NSP and nutritive value. The Non-starch polysaccharides are large polysaccharide molecule which are soluble or insoluble in water. Insoluble NSP are indigestible and in normal amount it helps in maintaining a normal mobility in the gut. Soluble NSP shows anti-nutritive effect for poultry due to increase in digesta viscosity. An increase in digesta viscosity shows reduction in digesta passage rate and decreased feed intake and digestibility. With the addition of enzyme to diets reduces the degree
Anfazyme Dx, a water-soluble layer feed enzyme which helps in proper digestion of the feed and promotes better absorption of the feed nutrients in the intestinal tract. To a great extent it helps in lowering the viscosity and enhance the nutritive value. With this it boosts the intake of the feed and increase the performance. This feed enzyme contains Pectinase, Glucananse, Xylanase and phytase which are the important enzymes which is used in poultry farming with other different kind of enzymes which break down the complex structure of the feed and extracts nutrients from it. The probiotic in Anfazyme Dx helps in removing the harmful pathogenic bacteria in the intestinal tract and promotes the growth of good bacteria which improves the health of the gut.
